  I have visited this place 4 times in the last couple of months. I was amazed at how clean it was and how wonderful the interiors were the first time I dined in for breakfast. I had an Acai bowl with granola for $18.90, it would have been a lovely breakfast but I wasn't a fan of the off putting Indian spice that was added to it. We were the only ones there so the staff was very attentive.
  I decided to take my family of five on a Saturday. The hubby had Grilled cheesy toast with ham for $16.90 which was too greasy and "rank" according to him so he had half of my Fetta and Pumpkin toasted sandwich instead which was not too bad. The kids all had a Sourdough toast with Vegemite for $7.90 each and it literally was x1 thinly sliced small bread (slice taken from the end narrow bit of the loaf). That's $7.90 x3 kids equals a very overpriced x3 slices of bread for $21! To make it worse, we also ordered the kids x3 orange juices for $5.50 each and it came served in small plastic sippy cups, I mean did they even notice my kids were not toddlers? Service took awhile this time being a busy Saturday morning which staff apologised for.
  The 3rd visit I took along 5 of my friends and our kids on a weekday. It wasn't a busy morning but for some reason the service took extra long and it was evident that the chef was flustered and was rude to the poor waitress serving us.
  My 4th and final visit today just topped it all as I was met with an unwelcoming gesture when I just ordered coffee whilst I waited for some family and extended family to arrive. When my family finally arrived x7 adults x5 children, they all ordered coffee to start with and it seemed the poor young waitress kept getting sent to us every 2 minutes to hassle us for more orders with an eventual offer to get our bill without us even requesting it. It was evident that x3 staff would group at the counter talking and looking at us and the manager sending us the poor waitress to do the talking for her. The service was the poorest I have ever experienced and needless to say I would never return or recommend this place to anyone unless they are after rudeness and bad food. Service is of utmost importance to me. Even with a plain menu, I would go back anytime for great service. This place is a fail in my books.
